The Martian Funeral

On the Mars colony where robot coffins deliver the dead’s final messages, one coffin-bot enacts revenge for its occupant and escapes to Earth, kicking off a solar-system-wide chain reaction. Meanwhile, Earth is besieged by kaiju attacks so frequently that it has become a spectator sport, with dojos training human Defenders to battle them. All eyes turn to Vassylisa Murderenko, a woman who seems immune to harm. But while leaders think she’s Earth’s salvation, Vassylisa only wants her beloved cat back after all felines have abandoned humanity.
