Biography

David Lee Shire (born July 3, 1937) is an American songwriter and composer. He has scored Broadway musicals such as Baby (1983) and Big (1996) and films such as The Conversation (1974), Saturday Night Fever (1977), and Zodiac (2007). He was married to Talia Shire from 1970 - 1980 and has been married to Didi Conn since 1984.

It then went into syndication in 1963 and remained on television until 1982. It was distributed by Westinghouse Broadcasting and for much of its run, originated from studios of two of the company's TV stations in Cleveland and Philadelphia.
