Alex Dias Ribeiro, born on November 7, 1948, in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, is a former Formula One driver known for his passionate approach to racing and his prominent display of faith. Competing in the 1970s with teams such as Hesketh, March, and Fittipaldi, Ribeiro often displayed the message "Jesus Saves" on his car, becoming well-known for combining his racing career with his Christian beliefs. Though his time in Formula One was brief, he left a lasting impression as both a skilled driver and a unique personality in the sport.
