Biography
Minh Ngô (born February 2, 2003) is a writer-director hailing from Vietnam, Hawaii, and England. Ngô specializes in extracting the violently beautiful from the wondrously absurd. He is known for his short films Julius Cheezer: An Orison for a Glorious Life (2025), The Odyssemen (2026), 49 (2024), and The Applecalypse (2024). He wishes to pioneer his own genre, which he dubs the Neo-Mythical. Films in this genre will feature the absurd, high energy, epic, and complex intertwining of narratives from our world's historical, literary and cultural canon.
