Biography
Lucy Trodd is a very tall comedic actor, writer, singer and improviser. She is a founding member of Olivier Award winning 'Showstopper! The Improvised Musical', currently in the West End. Trodd En Bratt was Lucy's absurd character double act (with Ruth Bratt). They had 2 series on BBC Radio 4. Based on their Edinburgh Festival show 'Well Done You', it was described by the Metro as a 'potpourri of the weird, the wonderful and the downright demented, held together by winning onstage chemistry'. They were finalists in the prestigious BBC Audio Awards. Lucy is in a writing partnership with Susan Harrison. Their lockdown web-series One Size Fits All can be found on Harrison & Trodd's YouTube channel (Finalists in the Funny Women Awards). Since winning the British Comedy Guide Sitcom Competition they have been busy pitching TV and radio ideas and working on their next sitcom.
