He knows that this film will never be seen by anyone anyway, so he doesn't worry too much about the script. Using the experience he's gained over the years on the job, he decides to make a one-of-a-kind film that will incorporate all known film genres in its form and content.

The title character of the film is a retired nurse who lives alone and is always in a hurry to help others. She knows perfectly well what pain and suffering are, she has experienced the loss of people closest to her, and as a nurse she has become accustomed to transience and death.
