Biography
Loviise Kapper (born January 20, 1996 in Kuressaare) is an Estonian actress. Loviise Kapper graduated from Tallinn's 32nd Secondary School in 2015 and from Tartu University Viljandi Academy of Culture's theater arts curriculum majoring in acting in 2019. She has since worked as a freelance actress.
