Biography
Tom Bill, stage name of Loris Giraud, was an Italian actor, singer, playwright and radio broadcaster, naturalized Brazilian. He acted in Brazil's first sound film, Acabaram-se os Otários, playing the Italian character "Xixilo Spicafuoco".

It's considered a lost film, but a reconstituted version was made by researchers at the Universidade Federal Fluminense.
