Paul Avery was an actor, known for Superman (1978), All My Children (1970) and Soap (1977). He was married to Sheila Garry. He died alongside his wife on June 16, 2026 in Blairstown, New Jersey, USA. in a house fire. He has three children, he began his career in journalism, working for local papers in New Jersey and then for The New York Times and is the founding executive editor of the Ridge View Echo.
