Christmas calendar: Winter Yard Christmas tells the story of seven animals—a donkey, a pig, a duck, two goats, and two dogs—and a young man named Onni (Topi Kanerva), who try to save a traditional but bankrupt farm from going out of business just before Christmas. Ilona (Isadora Brown), who lives in a nearby apartment building, also comes to their aid. Onni is in debt to the greedy village shopkeeper Roimola (Heikki Silvennoinen), who has other plans for Talvipiha.
