A comedy about how two unlucky heroes, one of whom dreamed of becoming a pilot, and the other an actor, accidentally get a chance to fulfill both dreams at once on the set of a new film. However, in the very first scene, they manage to crash a sponsor’s helicopter, which promises them a lot of problems. To compensate for the damage, the friends are forced to go into all seriousness - try to rob the oligarch, make money in kind, and even try to hijack a helicopter from an American air base.

When the boys grow up and one of them is supposed to take over the joys and responsibilities of ruling, an unsolvable problem arises: should it be Vojta or František? We won't reveal the plot with all its twists and turns, but one thing is certain: the boys set out into the world with the understanding that the one who can perform the greater heroic deed will become king. The princes, even though they are not exactly cut out for it, take on the task with all their vigor and responsibility.

The king wants to marry and, on the advice of Duke Akilon, decides to court the Hungarian princess Bertha. Duke Akilon therefore sets off for Hungary to ask for Princess Bertha's hand in marriage for his king. However, he has his own plan and has no idea what will thwart it.

The Servant of Two Masters is a mature example of commedia dell'arte, featuring traditional characters and situations. It takes place within a close-knit family, where the main event is an engagement complicated by the servant Truffaldino, who is both cunning and foolish. He sets in motion a comedy of mistaken identities and misunderstandings, driven by his eternal hunger, through unexpected twists and turns to a happy ending. He is surrounded by traditional characters – commedia dell'arte masks – the worried father Pantalone, the wise doctor, and their children in love, an adventurous couple of lovers, the innkeeper Brighella, and the maid Smeraldina. Truffaldina is played by Miroslav Donutil, who continues the tradition of improvisation to the great delight of many audience members.
