Gösta Ingvar Carlsson, born on November 9, 1934, in BorÄs, is a Swedish politician who served as Prime Minister of Sweden from 1986 to 1991 and from 1994 to 1996. He was the leader of the Social Democratic Party between 1986 and 1996.
