Frances Encell
Biography
Frances Encell (born 5 October 1997) is an English actress. She is known for her roles as Poppy Clarke in Nickelodeon's House of Anubis and as Periwinkle in Disney's Tinkerbell and the Legend of the NeverBeast. As well as her notable television and movie credits, she has performed both in the West End and in the UK touring productions of musicals such as 'Sound of Music' and 'Chitty Chitty Bang Bang'.

It is the spin-off series to The Story of Tracy Beaker and the series continued in the show The Dumping Ground.
